MH&W International, Corp. Cancellation Policy

1. Nonstandard or custom products are noncancellable
2. Orders may be scheduled for a maximum of 12 months from order date. Orders will not be accepted for quantities as to be advised.
3. Orders may not be cancelled or delivery dates pushed out within 90 days from confirmed ship date.
4. After the 90 days, MH&W will contact the supplier with the request for cancellation. A reason must be supplied in order to validate the request.
5. If MH&W is unable to cancel with the supplier, we will allow the customer order to be rescheduled within the terms of item 2.
6. Once MH&W has agreed to rescheduled an order it may not be renegotiated.
7. Items 1 - 6 may be superceded by any contractual agreements or any other terms and conditions that are agreed to in writing by both buyer and seller.
